Method of Payment We accept cash / E-transfer for the balance which is due at the venue.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy A non-refundable secure deposit is required for all new clients to book an appointment & become a client. The remaining balance is due by debit or cash at the venue. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may transfer the deposit once to a rescheduled appointment within 1 month from the appointment date. Cancellations within 48 hours client will be charged 50% of the service cost . No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and will be blocked from booking future appointments.

Please note: only book when you're confident you can commit to the selected time. If you're unsure, we recommend waiting until your schedule is confirmed. While we understand emergencies can happen, clients with history of changes — including cancellations and rescheduling — will be required to send a non-refundable upfront payment to secure a new booking. This will no longer be required once you attend your appointment.

Lateness If you are late, no fee is incurred however, your appointment time is shortened by the minutes you are late. If you arrive late and there is insufficient time remaining to complete your lash service properly, your appointment will be cancelled. In this case, a charge of 50% of the service fee will be applied to your card.

Fill Policy Fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to keep your lash grow healthily and to maintain lash fullness and style. After 3 weeks, or if less than 40% of lashes remain after growth removal & cleaning, a new full set will be applied. We DO NOT accept fills over 3-week-old.
