FREE EXCHANGES + RETURNS

So online shopping is hard... We don't blame you! Please review carefully our returns policy.

RETURN POLICY 

Lash Fame must receive notification via email within ten (10) business days of receiving the merchandise. Orders exceeding ten (10) days are not eligible for return or refund. You are responsible for covering the shipping charges. All items must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt, and no returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must remain unopened and in their original packaging. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

Kindly note that, in compliance with sanitation and health regulations, Lash Fame is unable to process returns/exchanges for opened packaging. Tweezers/Glues are considered final sale unless a manufacturer defect is present.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE A SALE ITEM?

We inspect our products carefully before shipping to make sure they're in good condition, which means that once you buy a discounted item, the sale is complete, and we can't refund or exchange it.


EXCHANGE POLICY

To initiate a merchandise exchange with Lash Fame, please inform us via email at lashfamepro@gmail.com within 10 days from the date you received your products.

Ensure that the items are sent back within 10 days from the delivery date, and kindly cover the shipping expenses. Please note that exchanges will only be processed with prior authorization and the items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

In the event of quality concerns or if you've received a defective product, kindly report the issue at lashfamepro@gmail.com or shoot us a message on our instagram @lashfamepro with pictures and videos of the products. Return the items within 10 days from the delivery date to facilitate a refund or exchange. The responsibility for covering all associated shipping fees rests with you which will be reimbursed. It is imperative that the items remain unopened and in their original packaging. Refunds will be promptly credited back to the initial payment method.


FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

For all faulty or damaged items, please email lashfamepro@gmail.com / message us on our instagram page @lashfamepro with order number, item description and clear pictures/videos. Please also include pictures/videos as clear as possible of the issue so our team can assist in resolving the matter as quickly as possible. 

Faulty or damaged items will need to be returned in an otherwise original condition. Once we have received the item we will assess the fault. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund inclusive of shipping costs will be issued.
